At Baristas Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong item, we will:

  • Offer a refund, replacement, or store credit

  • Cover return shipping costs

  • Require notice within 3 days of delivery

📷 Please take clear photos of the issue and email us within 3 days to initiate a return.

we will send you a return label and cover cost - unless item is unwanted by you on your own choice and its still new and unused - send back to us at your own shipping cost. 


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must email us at support@baristastools.com.au within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, issue details, and photos



No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. This includes:

  • Ordering the wrong item -No longer wanting the product

  • Choosing the wrong size or variant

If you ordered an item by mistake and we approve the return as an exception, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


No Returns for Taste Preferences

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for taste-related dissatisfaction. Taste is subjective and not grounds for return.
