Refund policy


14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans, food items)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs

  • Provide a pre-paid return label

  • Send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra charge


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected

  • no refunds will be given for items because you did not like taste as taste is subjective and not products fault

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable
